Refund policy

We offer refund or exchange
 within 10 days of your package
being delivered.

Items that are purchased on sale (including the use of discount codes) are for exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging or with original tags attached. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have exchanged an item, your newly exchanged item is final sale. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include: sale items, perishable items, any products that are intimate or sanitary goods, any items that are intended for a temporary use only including but not limited to post-surgery cones (unless returned within 24 hours), items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and shipping costs.

If the condition of your item is not approved for return it will be sent back to you. Any refunds given will be in the tender paid. Returns may be limited or declined at our discretion. Other restrictions may apply.

Sorry, We do not offer rain checks or price adjustments. We do not refund Gift Cards or credits.

Please do not ship any returns without our acknowledgement and Return Form.

We will process the return or exchange upon receiving the returned merchandise and will notify you by email. In case of an exchange please do not place a new order, otherwise we will consider it a new order and bill your card.

 

Shipping your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. When sending your item, please include a note inside the package that has your order number and what you'd like to exchange for (or if you prefer a refund/store credit). 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. 

We do not guarantee that we will receive your exchange and recommend choosing a shipping method that has tracking or insurance for items over $75. 

All shipping charges due to return for any reason are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery fees are non-refundable. In case additional charges are required, such as shipping charges or the difference in case of an exchange, we will contact you prior to billing your card.

Replacing Defective Items

Items damaged by your pet (i.e chewed, ripped or soiled) or changes in product due to wear and tear will not be considered defective. If the item is damaged in a way we can consider defective, we will consider replacement within 30 days of purchase.

 

We do stand behind the products we sell and carefully select the best of the best. But sometimes things do not happen as expected. We value your feedback as it helps us understand customers' needs and the way things work or don't.

If something happens to your product and it is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you can contact the manufacturer to make the claim. We are not able to process warranty claims.

Shipping Notes and Policies 

Bichon Boutique is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once we send your order from our shop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly should you have any issues with your delivery. 

Shipping speed and tracking is dependent on which method you choose at checkout. If you choose a shipping method without tracking, please be aware that we will not be able to track or determine the shipping speed of your package. 

We ship orders from our store within 1-3 business days. 

Please note: Choosing a faster shipping speed will not change the amount of time your order takes to be processed. The shipping speed you choose will only change how quickly the postal service delivers to you once they have it.
