Shipping Notes and Policies 

Bichon Boutique is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once we send your order from our shop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly should you have any issues with your delivery. 

Shipping speed and tracking is dependent on which method you choose at checkout. If you choose a shipping method without tracking, please be aware that we will not be able to track or determine the shipping speed of your package. 

We ship orders from our store within 1-3 business days. 

Please note: Choosing a faster shipping speed will not change the amount of time your order takes to be processed. The shipping speed you choose will only change how quickly the postal service delivers to you once they have it.

Please note we are only able to ship or deliver to a verified billing address.

We offer shipping across Canada with Canada Post. In stock items are shipped between 1-3 business days. You can calculate shipping costs with different options in the cart before checking out.

US and International Customers

At this moment we only ship to Canada.
